Great experience instead of the Express Scripts. So easy to set up a profile, pay, and schedule delivery. The customer service was fantastic which is really what differentiates one pharmacy from another.

Capsule is amazing! I started using them after I moved downtown and got rid of my car. They are extremely communicative and have made instances where I’ve had difficulties with my insurance company not approving a prior authorization for a prescription much easier to deal with. They help me with my options, contact my insurance and doctor on my behalf when needed, and keep me informed every step of the way. I love this pharmacy.

Capsule is the best! They have been absolutely stellar at getting prescription prescriptions out quickly when we’ve urgently needed them and they are so responsive! I am so done with Walgreens!!! They also saved me $95 on a prescription that Walgreens was charging me 120 for co-pay! That is truly above and beyond.

The most life-changing experience I've ever had as a full-time caregiver of a medically complex child. Never having to wait on hold (being able to TEXT the pharmacist at all hours of the day), having meds delivered directly to my door, and not having to set reminders to go off every month to get the several dozen meds that come to our house is a GAME CHANGER. I would not recommend them for acute meds but for the monthly med order it is GOLD. Please don't ever leave me, Capsule.

10/10 customer service. They actually care about customers and getting the customers their needed prescriptions. Unfortunately my meds costs a little more than they would at CVS/walgreens … However, the time i save on hold and finding who has my meds in stock, etc. the extra price is worth it. Capsule is efficient and the customer service platform is unlike any other pharmacy. Save yourself from headaches at Walgreens and cvs.. use capsule.

Amazing customer service! Not only did they process my medication quickly and efficiently, but they also recommended a coupon that saved me over $100. On top of that, they saved me so much time by eliminating the need to visit the pharmacy and wait in line. Capsule gets it.

Great experience! After having many of my patients use the pharmacy’s delivery service, I opted to use it on a weekend when I knew my community pharmacy had limited hours and my capacity to go was low. The service and promptness were nothing short of amazing and absolutely exceeded my expectations! I especially enjoyed that the meds were delivered in cute reusable cardboard interlocking bags that formed a box — so cute and eco-conscious!

I don’t know why EVERYONE isn’t switching to Capsule RIGHT NOW! Seriously their customer service is 5 stars! I was in a bind getting an Rx and Pharmacist went above and beyond to help me. Even with a personal phone call. Been with them for 2 years and have ZERO complaints and much love!

Used other pharmacies in the past had to drive to pick up meds which was no small feat then had to wait in long lines only to be told only a few pills available Love capsule service. You can schedule their delivery which they do not charge for. They send you nice reminders when your prescriptions are due for refill. They even called Dr office if no refill to check. The delivery people are very good and the packaging is good too I am so super pleased with this very careful pharmacy service. My health and wellbeing are important to me and my family. Give them a try you will be well pleased.
